The transport and forwarding company ARTAX has been active in the field of road freight transport since 1990. The original domestic services were soon upgraded to cater for all types of shipments and goods to countries throughout Western Europe due to market demand and customer expansion.
Throughout its existence, the company has gained a great deal of experience, regular customers and expanded its fleet to include Volvo vehicles with Schmitz tarpaulin trailers.
WHAT IS OUR STRENGTH?
The turning point was 2003, when ARTAX moved to new premises with office facilities, handling area and own service after the reconstruction of the new premises in Dlouhá Ves near Rychnov nad Kněžnou. Creating completely new conditions and quality facilities was a huge step towards the stability and success of our company.
We ensure the highest quality of service by installing the GPS system in vehicles, their ADR equipment and regular maintenance of trucks. An equally important reliable part of the company is the dispatch centre who together with drivers form a harmonious team supervising the delivery of transported goods.
TRANSPORT AND FORWARDING NOT ONLY TO GREAT BRITAIN
At present, ARTAX transport and forwarding specializes in transport to Great Britain, where it has many years of experience in FTL (Full Truckload) and LTL (Less than truckload) consignments, including documents. Domestic and foreign companies, which focus on export or import in directions CZ – GB – CZ, meet their requirements.
ARTAX vehicles also service countries such as Belgium, Germany, Italy, Poland, Austria, the Netherlands and Sweden. The type of goods transported is not important, any cargo from 500 kg up to 24 tons can be transported on our vehicles. During the transport, the load is covered by the carrier's liability insurance.
